Author of more than 100 scintific works, 9 monographs (in co-authorship), 10 patents. He was invited to give lectures and do scientific work in USA (1991, 1992, 1993), France (1992, 1993, 1994), Italy (1994). 1967-1973 - MIPT student, Faculty of Molecular and Chemical Physics. Graduated from MIPT, specialization - Physics and Mechanics of Chemical Processes. In 1977 he defended the thesis for a candidate’s degree. Since 1977 he worked as an assistant at Molecular Physics Chair. In 1987 he defended the thesis for a doctor’s degree. 1978-1987 – assistant dean of Faculty of Molecular and Chemical Physics. 1987 – dean of Faculty of Molecular and Chemical Physics. 1988 – chief at Molecular Physics Chair. In 1990 he became a professor. He is an Associate Member of the International Informatization Academy. In 1991 he became one of the founders of “Laboratory of Impulse Engineering” of MIPT. 1994 – director of “Fonon”. In 1997 he was elected rector of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University). | ||
