Necessary documents

When you arrive in Moscow you must have the following documents:

• Original and copy of International passport and visa,
• Confirmation from the educational institutions where the previous education was obtained of the fact that an applicant indeed studied at the educational institutions in the period of time indicated on the document,
• Original of the educational documents (including list of training courses, academic transcripts with the list of subjects studied, practical trainings, term papers, and final research works) legalized in a proper way,
• 3 translated copies of each educational document (including academic transcript) in Russian language, certified by a notary from the Russian Embassy or a notary from Russian Federation Consulate in the country that issued the educational documents. Translated name should coincide in spelling with the one in visa,
• Migration card,
• 4 recent photos (3 x 4),
• Original medical certificate proving the ability of a student to study (with obligatory marks of tuberculosis, Lepra, HIV test, venereal diseases and malaria). The HIV test should be conducted on each arrival in Moscow,
• Upon the arrival to the university international citizens are obliged to purchase the medical insurance policy for the whole period of studying.
