Artem Oganov, Konstantin Severinov Became Winners of the Third Mega-grant Competition.
On the 23th of April, 2013, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation announced the results of the third open mega-grant competition. Forty two scientists became the winners of the competition. Among the winners – molecular biologist Konstantin Severinov, who will create a laboratory at the St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University, and crystallographer ArtemOganov, who will be the head of the laboratory of computer design materials at MIPT. The winners of the competition will receive a grant of up to 90 million rubles each for conducting research during the years of 2013 to 2015, with a possible two-year extension.
